We harvest our Sauvignon Blanc in the cool of the night when the fruit is cool and fresh. (It looks a bit like the aliens have landed with the lights of the harvester shining down the hillside). It makes for a crisp, vibrant wine that is deliciously drinkable.

to highlight the exotic nature of the variety. The palate eases back a little to allow textural senses to come into view, though never escaping the Sauvignon inspired, tropical fruit salad
flavour combo and tangy finish that comes with the territory.’

‘One of those wines where you feel like quality of fruit and care in winemaking has evidently been applied, and at a bargain price. Texture is chalky, flavours and scents set to stone fruits, just-ripe passionfruit, cut grass, a touch of lychee. Refreshing and good.’
