‘A lick of peachy colour here is pleasing. There’s an undercurrent of nutty savouriness lending complexity too. Pulpy texture with aromas and flavours of gingery peach, nashi pear, tonic water and green apple. The finish is pleasingly chalky to boot. Ripper drink and easy as to do so.’
