From pallet to palate

From the fruit to bottling to delivery (from pallet to palate), Lambrook wines are 100% Adelaide Hills.

We are so lucky to have the Adelaide Hills as our workplace. It truly is a beautiful part of the world. It inspires us.

It also produces some of the best cool climate wines in the world – something the rest of the world is just beginning to acknowledge.

Our fruit is grown in eight separate locations throughout the Adelaide Hills, stretching from McLaren Vale to the Barossa. We have chosen these locations (right down to the row) because they provide optimum growing conditions for each variety, which includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, two varieties of Shiraz and three varieties of Pinot. Each has a unique environment in which to flourish, so we can deliver an outstanding selection of Lambrook wines.

The Lambrook labelling reflects our connection to the Adelaide Hills – The Seeds, The Plants and The Flowers are all native to the area. They represent our growth as a company as well as defining our wine selection:

The Seeds – our beginning wines

The Plants – our classically evolved wines

The Flowers – our premium blossomed wines

For us, there is no compromise. We celebrate the pristine environment of the Adelaide Hills and the vitality of its fruit in every bottle of Lambrook.
